AngelsDome — Submission Disclaimer & Upload Terms

Overview

Thank you for contributing to AngelsDome. This page explains the declarations, warranties, and terms you agree to when uploading photos or information about loved ones. The goal of AngelsDome is to provide a respectful, moderated space for memorials; we do not verify the factual accuracy of user-submitted material.

What you represent and warrant

By uploading a picture, name, date, or any other information (a "Submission") to AngelsDome, you certify and agree that:

• Right to upload: You are the copyright owner of the image or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses and permissions from the copyright owner to make the Submission publicly available on AngelsDome.
• Permission from subjects: Where applicable, you have obtained permission to publish the image and personal information from the person who owns the rights or from the subject's next-of-kin or legal representative.
• Accuracy: Names, dates, biographies, or other factual statements you supply are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• No unlawful content: The Submission does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain defamatory statements.

Accuracy and verification

AngelsDome does not generally verify the factual accuracy of user-submitted information. We rely on contributors to provide honest and accurate information. If you believe a Submission is inaccurate or wrongful, please use the reporting tools (see "Reporting" below).

Moderation, edits & removal

• AngelsDome reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any Submission at any time for any reason, including suspected inaccuracy, offensive content, or legal concerns.
• We may request additional proof of rights or identity before restoring or publishing a disputed Submission.
• In some situations (for example, copyright or privacy complaints), we may temporarily remove content while we investigate.

Prohibited content

Do not upload:

• Material you do not have the right to publish (copyrighted images without permission).
• Defamatory or knowingly false statements about living persons.
• Private data intended to harass or expose personal information about a living person.
• Illegal content or hate speech as defined by our Terms of Use.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AngelsDome, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or connected with your Submission, your breach of these representations, or any disputes with third parties.

Limitation of liability

AngelsDome aims to provide a respectful memorial service, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information. Except where prohibited by applicable law, AngelsDome's liability arising from or related to Submissions is limited to the lesser of the amount you paid for the service (if any) or $100 USD. In no event will AngelsDome be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Reporting errors, disputes & takedown requests

If you believe a Submission is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or violates these terms, please contact us at angel@angelsdome.com with:

• A link to the Submission or the Submission ID if available;
• A clear description of the issue (why the information is incorrect, who is affected, and what action you request);
• Any supporting documentation or proof of rights (for example, proof of ownership, power of attorney, death certificate, or signed permission).

Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on AngelsDome infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to angel@angelsdome.com including all information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature (electronic or physical). We will respond promptly and follow applicable law.

Privacy

Personal data included in Submissions may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need personal information removed, please contact angel@angelsdome.com.

Governing Law & Severability

These representations and terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AngelsDome operates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
